Tell us the grade, the question or screen involved, what happened, and whether you used Android or the web. A screenshot can help; remove names and other private information before sharing. Never include your password.
Your progress on different devices
Guest progress belongs to the device/browser where you practiced. Sign in to the same account to access saved online results. Signing out, uninstalling, or clearing local storage does not delete your online account.

Email [email protected] for access, corrections, or help with a child’s data. For account/data deletion, visit the Delete account page. Use the email connected to the account where possible, and do not include a password.
